Refunds became a request, not a support ticket
Until now a refund meant contacting someone. From this release a buyer opens the order, asks for a refund, and the request lands in a queue. Staff are told it arrived, the buyer is told what was decided, and the record stays in the queue after the decision so nothing is quietly dropped. Partial refunds and duplicate payment events from Stripe are handled correctly, and buyers are no longer told money is on its way when nothing has been issued.
Your data, your account, your inbox
You can download a copy of everything Sigrix holds about you, and the archive expires on its own afterwards. Deleting an account now unpublishes every listing type it owns, removes the buyer address, revokes magic links and plugin feed tokens, and clears the account out of the marketplace index. You can turn off every email that is not essential to a purchase. Analytics only run once you accept cookies. And if you have two accounts, you can switch between them in one browser without signing out of either.
MCP servers join the rest of the marketplace
MCP listings now appear on seller storefronts, count toward a seller's listing total, and reach the sitemap. The authoring form gained a grouped category picker with suggestions, and submission runs through the same eligibility check every other type uses.
What a listing tells you before you buy
Agent, crew, system, assistant and MCP listings now show how many times they have sold. The public test verdict is stated as the platform's own measurement rather than the seller's claim. A skill listing says what its declared tools actually let it do. Every Healthcare and Medical listing carries a line making clear it is not medical advice. Marketplace cards tell you what you already own, so you do not buy the same thing twice.
Coupons you can actually find
There is now a page listing the coupons you have earned and how to earn more. Your own coupons are offered at checkout instead of hidden behind a collapsed box, codes can be applied on the listing page, and review reward coupons get the same persistent banner the welcome coupon has.
Publishing that holds its shape
Re-saving an approved listing without changing anything no longer takes it off the marketplace. Renaming a listing moves its address on every path that writes it. A published skill can be deleted, matching persona, agent and assistant. An over-size publish answers with a sentence explaining the limit rather than an error page. Sellers are told when a listing sells. A demoted seller's listings stop selling, reversibly, and a deleted seller's rows leave the index.
Search, and how a listing reads
Every listing detail page now carries a title and a search snippet the seller wrote, rather than machine-assembled text. Hub posts and assistant, persona and MCP listings get real share images. Latest and the marketplace index are ordered by when something was published. Three surfaces through which a graphic prompt reached search have been fixed.
Design
The home page, the text prompt listing page, the export data page and the messages inbox move onto the v4 design. One top bar and one listing card render on every surface, with a proper two-line title. The publish wizard keeps Submit reachable on a phone, order and cart controls are sized for touch, and transparent cover uploads are no longer flattened onto black.

Run on Sigrix
The first pipeline listings now run on Sigrix itself. A seller declares the inputs a buyer fills in and composes the page the buyer runs from, a runner is provisioned per listing, and the output is rendered on the page rather than handed back as raw text. This is a pilot: it covers pipeline listings only, and it is open to the founding cohort ahead of general availability. Everything else on the marketplace is still delivered as a bundle you run yourself.
Most of this release is about what happens after the money moves. A buyer who wants a refund can ask for one and hear back. A person who wants to leave can take their data and know what deletion removes. A buyer deciding between two listings can see how often each has sold and how the platform's own test graded it, rather than reading a claim the seller wrote about themselves. None of that adds a new thing to sell, and all of it is the difference between a catalogue and a marketplace people come back to.
