Sigrix Marketplace Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sigrix marketplace, including any AI prompts, assistants, and agents offered through the platform (collectively, “Products”). By accessing or using Sigrix, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

   By using the Marketplace, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and any additional policies referenced within them.

2. About Sigrix

   Sigrix is a curated marketplace that connects buyers with independent creators of AI Products. We facilitate discovery, purchasing, and delivery, but we do not create Products unless explicitly stated.

3. Eligibility

   You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Marketplace.

4. Account Responsibilities

   • Provide accurate and current account information.
   • Keep login credentials secure and confidential.
   • Notify us promptly of unauthorized account access.

5. Marketplace Role

   • Sigrix acts solely as a platform for third-party Products.
   • We do not provide legal, technical, or professional advice.
   • We are not an employer, recruiter, or staffing intermediary.

6. Product Listings and Review

   • Creators are responsible for Product descriptions, functionality, and licensing terms.
   • We may review or remove Products that violate Marketplace standards.
   • Human verification confirms a listing performs as described at the time of publication. It does not warrant suitability for a buyer’s specific requirements, environment, or continued performance given that underlying AI models are subject to change by their respective providers.

7. Pricing and Payments

   • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.
   • Payment processing fees and currency conversion are handled by your provider.
   • Prices at checkout are the prices charged for confirmed purchases.

8. Stripe Connect / Creator Payments

   • This section applies to creators and sellers using Sigrix to receive payouts for Product sales.
   • Creator payouts are provided through Stripe Connect.
   • To receive payouts, creators must accept Stripe's Connected Account Agreement and any related Stripe onboarding requirements.
   • By using Sigrix as a creator, you authorize Sigrix to share your personal and business information with Stripe for onboarding, KYC and identity verification, compliance, payment processing, and payouts.

9. Refunds

   • Refunds are available only when a Product does not function as described.
   • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase providing a clear explanation and evidence demonstrating that the Product is not functioning as described.
   • Where a buyer is unable to complete setup and remains in Pending status, the 14-day refund window is calculated from the point at which setup instructions were made available. Buyers experiencing setup difficulties should contact support immediately at support@sigrix.io to preserve their eligibility.
   • Approved refunds are issued via Stripe promptly; depending on your bank, the credit may take 5–10 business days to appear.

10. License to Use Products

    • You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased Products.
    • You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or claim Products as your own.
    • Misuse may result in termination of access or account suspension.

11. Prohibited Conduct

    • No illegal, harmful, or malicious use of the Marketplace or Products.
    • No scraping, automated extraction, or unauthorized data collection.
    • No manipulation of reviews, rankings, or Marketplace metrics.
    • No Products whose output is a medical diagnosis, a treatment or medication recommendation, or a dosage decision addressed to a patient or member of the public. Clinical and professional tooling — documentation, coding and billing, literature summarising, and medical education — is permitted. This applies wherever such a Product is listed, not only in the Healthcare & Medical category.

12. User Content

    • You are responsible for any reviews, comments, or feedback you submit.
    • You must have the rights to the content you share.
    • We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

13. Intellectual Property

    • Creators retain ownership of their Products.
    • Sigrix retains ownership of the Marketplace platform, branding, and design.
    • Unauthorized use of trademarks or copyrighted materials is prohibited.

14. Disclaimers

    • The Marketplace and Products are provided “as is” and “as available.”
    • We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a purpose.
    • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

15. Limitation of Liability

    • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
    • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Product at issue.
    • Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.

16. Changes and Governing Law

    • We may update these Terms at any time by posting revised versions on the Marketplace.
    • Continued use of Sigrix constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
    • These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Polish courts.
