Image Prompts Get a Page of Their Own, and a Review Now Needs a Purchase

Image generation prompts get a rebuilt page that hands the buyer a finished prompt, shows every sample render, and lets sellers watermark them, with Prompts now split into Text generation and Image generation shelves. A review can only be left by someone who bought the listing, any listing can be reported from its page, and MCP servers carry an automated connection test verdict buyers can see before they commit. Every listing type publishes through the same guided flow, with a preview step, tag suggestions drawn from the category vocabulary, and payout setup asked where the price is set. Plus a new Sigrix mark, one top bar and one wayfinder on every page, and Postern, an open specification for licensing and delivering a purchased agent.

TL;DR
  • Image generation prompts have a rebuilt page. Fill in the parameters and the buyer gets a finished prompt ready to paste, with every sample render on screen.
  • Sellers can watermark an image prompt's sample renders, and Prompts now splits into Text generation and Image generation.
  • A review can only be left by someone who bought the listing, and the seller is told about every one.
  • Any listing can be reported from its page, and the report lands in the moderation queue.
  • MCP servers run an automated connection test, and the verdict shows on cards and detail pages.
  • Every listing type publishes through the same guided flow, now with a preview step before submit.
  • Listings that need your own OAuth credentials say so before you pay, not after.

What shipped

  • New
Postern is public as of this release: the v0.1 specification, a reference implementation, an entitlement check endpoint, and a generic runner image that turns a licensed token into a running agent. Incubator bundles now carry a Postern identity with an owner half that is frozen, because handles move. Container delivery stays pipeline only for now, and the distributor status page is the place to check whether licensing and delivery are healthy. Crew publishing remains with founding sellers ahead of general availability. In the builder, buyer setup answers now bridge into the runnable crew run, routing chips are derived from the crew's own step three prompts rather than declared separately, and step five shows which prompts reference each variable. Crew configuration settles on one config with two tiers.
Buyers fill in an image prompt's parameters and get the assembled prompt, ready to paste.

Sigrix v0.9.8 is about handing over the finished thing. A listing page can describe what you would get, or it can give it to you. This release moves several types firmly into the second camp, and then tightens who is allowed to say what about them afterwards.

Image prompts, finished rather than described

The image generation prompt page has been rebuilt. Buyers pick their parameters and get the assembled prompt, ready to paste into their own image model, instead of a recipe they have to reconstruct. Every sample render now shows on the page rather than a truncated set, placeholders read as plain [name] rather than template syntax, and the page carries tokens and cost, versions, shop badges and a review module.

Sellers can watermark the sample renders on an image prompt listing, so a gallery can be shown in full without giving the output away. The Related row is filled first from the seller's other image prompts, and tops up from other sellers with attribution when there are not enough.

Prompts is now two shelves rather than one. Text generation and Image generation each get their own hub, nested inside the marketplace menu, so an image prompt is browsable as its own thing rather than filtered out of a general prompt list.

A review now comes with a receipt

Reviews are gated on a verified purchase. If you did not buy the listing, you cannot review it, and the seller is notified about every review that lands. Alongside that, any buyer can report a listing from its page, through an intake flow that routes into the moderation queue.

MCP server listings run an automated battery of connection tests and receive a verdict, and that verdict now shows as a badge on marketplace cards and on the detail page. Listing pages also gain a consolidated trust block, so the rating, the seller signal, the refund window and the test verdict sit together rather than scattered down the page.

Moderation decisions now reach the seller by email, rendered from templates a moderator can edit, and the decision card and the email are held to each other so they cannot drift apart.

One publish flow, for every type

Every listing type now publishes through the same guided layout, and the redesigned home, sell and publish pages have been ported across. The product wizard gains the Preview step it was missing, so you can see the listing as a buyer will before you submit it.

Tag suggestions now come from the category classifier's vocabulary rather than word frequency, so they read as categories rather than as whichever words you happened to repeat. The category picker was given the vocabulary it was missing. Payout setup is asked about where the price is set, rather than in a separate place after the fact, and the storefront address appears on the card that launches Stripe onboarding.

Editing a listing now opens the optional sections that already hold content, instead of hiding your own work behind a collapsed panel. Cover uploads retry once before failing and report a readable message rather than browser jargon. A test run can now tell an unreachable runner apart from a listing that genuinely failed validation, so a seller is not sent to fix something that was never broken. Publishing a self hosted automation stack got a further round of fixes from seller feedback, and a /publish link can now name a prompt's sub kind and platform so the form opens ready.

What a listing needs from you, before you pay

Some listings only work once you supply your own OAuth credentials. That is now disclosed on the listing before purchase, rather than discovered afterwards, and MCP sellers declare which credentials a buyer has to bring as part of publishing.

One shell, one top bar, one mark

Sigrix has a new logo mark, rolled out across site chrome, the favicon, the sign in tile and the sell page, with the icon set Safari actually reads. The last AIBazaar naming has been retired, sparing the identifiers that carry state.

The top bar now renders the same on every page, the wayfinder lives in one place rather than each page inventing its own path, and leftover header chrome has been removed. The marketplace menu marks the type or category you are currently on, carries links to skills and personas, and closes on Escape. Sort is now a real deep link, so a sorted marketplace view can be shared.

Persona and skill listings move onto the same rebuilt shell as image prompts, with persona prompt delivery gated on ownership. The storefront editor now matches the storefront it edits, and a seller's storefront opens at payout setup rather than at their first listing.

Prices, links and access

Every price a buyer sees is now derived from one stored value, on every surface including the modal and the saved items row. A purchase link lands on the thing that was actually bought, including system purchases, and checkout redirects use the same URL builder as everything else.

A block of page data on the home page included prompt text and confirmation links. It has been removed, the same confirmation link has been taken off the listing page for every viewer, and we audited what was exposed and for how long. Separately, three query parameters that could unlock any listing's deliverable have been closed off. Email addresses are now redacted from logs and from Sentry breadcrumbs and structured payloads.

Editing no longer blanks the fields it does not name, on agent, assistant and MCP server rows, and a composed grid cover can no longer blank the listing it belongs to.

Elsewhere

Postern, our specification for licensing and delivering a purchased agent, is now public, with a reference implementation, an entitlement check endpoint, schemas served at the identifiers they declare, and a public distributor status page linked from the screens a broken runner leads to. Every bundle now ships an Agent Plugins v1.0.0 manifest.

We also fixed coupons discounting an order below what Stripe can charge, a seller's own full discount code not unlocking their own listings, crews that could not be priced freely, the Polished shop badge falling out of sync when listings changed outside the editor, owner visibility on public detail pages, three surfaces disagreeing about whether a storefront was live, mini persona pages visible to people other than their creator, an image prompt with no placeholders being refused at submit, six separate snags sellers hit publishing a graphic prompt, dark mode and contrast across the rebuilt listing shell and the readiness card, share buttons sitting below the tap target floor, the product listing type borrowing the agent accent colour, and the Founding badge being described as a verified mark when it is not.

01 The finished prompt, not the recipe

Buyers fill in the parameters and get an assembled image prompt, ready to paste into their own model.

02 A review comes with a receipt

Only someone who bought the listing can review it, and the seller hears about every review that lands.

03 One publish flow for every type

The same guided layout, a preview step before submit, and tag suggestions that read as categories.

04 What a listing needs from you, before you pay

Listings that require your own credentials disclose it on the page, not after the purchase.

Why it matters
