Skills Install Straight into Claude Code, and Publishing Becomes a Conversation

Skills you buy now install into Claude Code from a private feed of everything you own, added with a single command, refreshed as you buy and revoked when you refund. A public free feed opens qualifying skills to anyone. Publishing turns into a conversation, with moderators leaving notes on individual fields and sellers fixing them in place instead of guessing at a rejection. Plus a welcome coupon that applies itself at checkout, topical categories across the catalogue, crews on every marketplace surface, and a rebuilt product page.

TL;DR
  • Skills you buy install into Claude Code from your own private Sigrix feed, added once and updated as you work.
  • A public free feed lets anyone add qualifying free skills to Claude Code without an account.
  • Rejections become corrections: moderators annotate individual fields, sellers fix them in place and resubmit.
  • New members earn a 15% welcome coupon after a short getting started quest, applied automatically at checkout.
  • Crews now appear across the whole marketplace, with cover art and category counts, not just their own page.
  • Products get a rebuilt detail page with a staged "How it connects" diagram and a shorter five step publish wizard.

Sigrix v0.9.6 is about the distance between buying something and using it. Until now that gap was a download. This release closes it.

Add to Claude Code turns everything you own into a live feed. Buy a skill, add your Sigrix feed once, and install from it with a command. The feed is private to you, it lists exactly what you have bought, and it refreshes when you buy again. Refund something and access is withdrawn cleanly rather than lingering. Feed access is controlled by tokens you create, name and revoke from your account page, and they are stored hashed at rest. You will find Add to Claude Code on skill pages, in your library and on the screen straight after purchase.

There is a public free feed too. Qualifying free skills are available to anyone through an open feed, with no account and no token. It is the shortest possible path from hearing about Sigrix to running something from it.

Publishing changed shape. Until now a listing was approved or rejected, and a rejection told you little. Now moderators can request corrections, leaving notes against the specific fields that need work. Sellers open the publish wizard, see each note beside the field it refers to, make the fix and resubmit. It works for prompts, products, crews and MCP servers. The MCP form also shows its own review status and the reason a server was turned down. Moderators can now open the full listing and the deliverable bundle before deciding, so reviews are made on the whole thing rather than a summary.

Buying got cheaper for newcomers. New members complete a short getting started quest and earn a 15% welcome coupon, valid for fourteen days. It shows on your account, on the marketplace and on the welcome page, and it applies itself at the payment step rather than asking you to remember a code. Leaving a review after a purchase issues a reward coupon, withdrawn if the review is later removed. Timed promotions now run across the home page, browse and your dashboard, with an announcement bar that remembers when you have dismissed it.

The catalogue is easier to move around. Topical categories group listings by subject area, curated and backfilled across the existing catalogue, with the empty category counts fixed. Crews now sit alongside every other type in browse, with proper cover art and their own category counts, rather than living only on their own page. The Marketplace dropdown is a three column mega menu with Sellers folded into it.

Products caught up with the rest of the catalogue. The product detail page has been rebuilt around a staged "How it connects" diagram that shows what a product touches and in what order. The publish wizard for prompts and products moves to a guided layout, with progressive disclosure and a submit checklist instead of one long form, and pricing folds back into Basics so a product is five steps. Cover upload, tags, character counters and a category gate all arrive in the product editor. Composed product bundles let you sell several products as one purchase, with contents snapshotted at the moment of sale so a later change does not rewrite what someone bought.

Assistants keep composing. The building blocks wizard now picks prompts and MCP servers as well, and buyers see a What's inside panel with a wider runtime matrix, so it is clear what an assistant is made of and where it runs before paying.

Your seller presence separated properly. Profile and storefront are now edited apart, with one home for each field. Hero stats show your real listings, earnings and rating. Avatar and cover uploads work with a save state indicator, and storefront extras cover an announcement, featured listings, an FAQ and the languages you work in.

Elsewhere, reports sent from the Hub are now two way conversations you can reply to on a private link, guest checkout spells out what you get and the refund guarantee before payment, listing pages show real prices with free claims gated on them, and pages paint sooner thanks to shared caching for anonymous browsing. We also fixed approved products showing as free assistants, a home page failure after product approval, crews and MCP servers missing from listing galleries, repeated post purchase emails, dark mode contrast on prices and listing types, and a mobile drawer that closed when you toggled the theme.

The plugin feed is going out in stages behind an ops runbook and a smoke checklist. If a skill you own does not yet show Add to Claude Code, it is on the way. Crew publishing remains with founding sellers ahead of general availability, and AI Workforce is still marked experimental.

Why it matters

A marketplace is only worth as much as what happens after checkout. If buying a skill leaves you with a file and a README, the sale is where the value stops. The plugin feed moves the finish line: what you own becomes a live source your tools read from, so buying again adds to it and refunding removes from it, without you managing anything. That also changes what a seller is selling. A skill is no longer a one time download that ages out of date on someone's disk. It is a component in a feed you can keep improving.

For sellers, the corrections flow removes the worst part of publishing, which is the silence after a rejection. Knowing that field seven needs a clearer description is actionable. Being told no is not. Field level notes mean a listing gets to live faster, with fewer round trips, and both sides spend less time guessing.

And the welcome coupon plus the public free feed exist for the same reason: the first experience should cost nothing to try and very little to buy. People who have already run something free are the ones who buy.
