A badge on Sigrix answers one question about a seller — and each badge answers a different one. They are not rungs on a ladder: a seller can hold several at once, and they always appear in the same order so they are quick to scan. Here is what each one means, how a seller gets it, and whether it can be lost.

- Earned automatically: 60+ days selling, 3+ published listings, 3+ buyers, 80%+ of reviewed listings approved and no average rating under 4.0.

A seller holds Trusted while all of these are true, and loses it automatically when one stops being true:
- Selling on Sigrix for 60+ days — Counted from the day your storefront opened with its first published listing.
- 3+ published listings — Live listings right now — unpublished and rejected ones don't count.
- 3+ different buyers — Paid or free, as long as the purchase stands. Refunds and your own purchases don't count.
- 80%+ of reviewed listings approved — Across every listing a moderator has approved or rejected.
- Average rating 4.0+ once rated 3+ times — Across all your listings' ratings, weighted by how many each has.

Questions sellers and buyers ask
Do badges rank sellers?
No. Each badge answers its own question — who a seller is, whether Sigrix checked them, what they have earned, how long they have been here, how complete their shop is. They always appear in the same order so they are easy to scan, not because one outranks another.
Is the Founding badge a mark of quality?
No. Founding recognises tenure: the sellers who launched Sigrix with us. It says nothing about vetting — that is what Verified means — or about a track record, which is Trusted.
Can a badge be bought or requested?
No. Trusted and Polished are earned automatically from a seller's own record and shop, Verified follows an identity check by the Sigrix team, and Founding came with the capped founding-seller program.
Where can a seller see how close they are to a badge?
In the storefront editor. It lists every badge, which ones the seller holds, and — for the two that are earned automatically — exactly which criteria are still unmet.
