How digital ownership works on Sigrix

  1. What ownership means

    When you purchase a listing on Sigrix, your account receives ownership access to that specific digital product. Ownership allows you to view product details, setup instructions, and ownership status in your dashboard.

  2. How ownership is verified

    For paid listings, ownership is confirmed after checkout and payment verification. For free listings, ownership is confirmed when the order is finalized while signed in.

  3. Where to find owned products

    Your owned listings appear in Dashboard → Products. Each owned listing includes your ownership status, version owned, and update eligibility information.

  4. Ownership statuses

    • Pending: purchase completed and setup steps have not been finished.
    • Installed / Active: setup steps are complete and the listing is marked as working.
    • Refunded / Revoked: ownership access is no longer active.
  5. Updates and version access

    Owned listings include version metadata so you can see what version you purchased, the current version, and whether updates are included for owners under the listing's update policy.

  6. Support and proof of ownership

    If you need help, use Contact support and include your listing name and ownership certificate reference (when available) so our team can locate your purchase quickly.
